This was our first visit to Nabe. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated by accommodating staff. The server provided us with an overview of the dining process and offered assistance throughout our meal. The overall ambiance was pleasant and well-maintained, although the music volume was a bit excessive for my taste. The cuisine was enjoyable, with both broths being flavorful, and the meat selection was particularly satisfying. While the sushi option was a nice touch for those not in the mood for soup, it was not our preferred choice. The ice cream was exceptional and appropriately portioned. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

Hot pot and sushi location off the strip (a short drive from downtown). Very quick service - proteins come out almost immediately. Sushi was good! Fresh food, clean place. A hit for our family. Good value. We would have enjoyed more sauces.

Can't beat the price for all you can eat hot pot and sushi. There's so much stuff to choose from. I've been here twice and right at opening so I've never experienced having to wait for a table. The service is quick and Marie is very attentive. Will be back!

Came here on a Saturday around noon. It wasn't very crowded and there was no wait. The inside is dark and modern but the ambiance is loud and casual. All of the employees were friendly and efficient, checking on you regularly and clearing out tables while replenishing meat. This shabu was pretty good. You share a split pot with the whole table. The sauce options were pretty good. The vegetable bar was limited but I don't really waste too much time there anyways, it had enough of what I personally needed it's just on the smaller end. The meats were all of high quality and I liked the angus bottom round the most because it was the most tender. The sushi was also fresh and delicious. We tried the seared lemon salmon, smoked paprika salmon, and salada lobster. The shabu wasn't any better than any of the options in LA, but having decent sushi was a definite plus that made the $29.95 weekend price worth it! Would come again!
